GENERAL CONTRACTING SERVICES
To acquire the services of this website you need to fill the fields with the requested information and accept the terms. This acceptance represents the agreement of all the conditions set out in the published version of Pure Riding Bike Tours and will force both parties.
Pure Riding Bike Tours will ensure that all services offered are legally covered, quality assurance and the corresponding mandatory basic insurance. The system will process personal proof of payment with the details of the services purchased, specifying the total price (including taxes). All transactions are conducted through secure payment platforms and with total guarantee of confidentiality of your data.
Accepted credit cards are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Once payment is made, the transaction will be final and you will receive an email confirmation with the details of the transaction. When shopping for online services is made, it is made of 100% of their value per group. If you want to enter individually you need to do it via bank transfer to the following account: ES28 0081 0222 6600 0127 1037 and you must send a copy of the receipt to booking@pureriding.eu. Once payment, in case of cancellation, the service would have hired penalty:
- If cancellation occurs 30 days or more before the start date, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of the minus incurred costs.
- If cancellation occurs within 15-30 days of the start date, the Client will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the total price.
- If cancellation occurs within 15 days of the start date, the Client will not be entitled to any refund.
Changes will be provided through the Customer Service Center (+34 633 786 727 or email info@pureriding.eu), which will confirm the change and process any refunds.
Pure Riding Bike Tours is not responsible for the following cases:
Cancellations by force majeure.
Once the customer selects the products or services, fill the required fields and will click the button “next” to proceed to payment. Once payment is made you will be considered a customer of Pure Riding Bike Tours and deemed to accept all the general conditions of purchase and esfecíficas of each product or service.
